Custom Orders

For inquiries as to custom orders, email me with "Onya: Custom Order" in the subject line. I can make sets or individual pieces to coordinate with a certain dress or outfit, birthstone colors for birthdays, for a specific taste, or for different designs and shapes. If you need a color match, I may need a swatch or sample, especially if we cannot meet in person, so I can ensure that I can create a piece that you will be satisfied with.

Repairs

All repairs on Önya pieces for any flaw in design is complementary. If you need a piece repaired for any other reason--perhaps you had a run-in with a car door and need a crystal replaced, for instance--I will do the repairs for a nominal fee plus material cost (usually inexpensive for small repairs). If you have a piece of jewelry I did not make, I may be able to repair it, but only in certain situations. Email me (Subject: "Onya: Jewelry Repair") or contact me in any way to inquire whether I can fix it and how much it would cost. I may need to see the piece to evaluate the situation before citing any definite details.
